make businesses more competitive by reducing operating costs, motivating
staff and improving customer perceptions and service. The speakers reviewed
market leading strategies and trends for: office planning and utilisation;
implementation of competitive information technology; outsourcing of facilities
or the facility; obtaining better value from office property; and, management
and organisation of relocation and expansion projects, including indicative
times and costs.
